Returns + Exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days (from delivered date). If 14 days has past since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange, credit or refund.
EXCHANGE
We hope you love your new Zephii items, however if you wish to return or exchange item/s for another colour, size or style, we will happily organise a store credit for you (excluding shipping costs). Item/s must be in brand new, unused condition.
Once we have received your return, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item/s. You will also be informed of a store credit or refund (if applicable).
Postage costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
We recommend that you use a service that allows you to track the item and ensure you take note of the tracking number. Zephii are not liable/responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned by the customer.
REFUND
We do pride ourselves on quality, but if you have received an item deemed faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to hello@zephii.com.au and our team will be in touch.
If you’ve been approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
We will not offer a refund for ‘CHANGE OF MIND’. This includes ordering the wrong size and the wrong colour.
All sale items are final sale. No returns, exchange or refunds on sale items.
